KANYE ON COMPLEX ///

The work that went into the cover of the newest issue of Complex Magazine’s cover is outstanding. Photographer Chris Milk did a hi-res 3D scan of Kanye West’s face and body in order to create a CG Kanye model that could be digitally manipulated. Talk about pushing boundaries…see the video here.

LE CORBUSIER’S VACATION HOME ///

Whoa. Cassina produced a 1:1 replica of Le Corbusier’s vacation home for an exhibit by the Royal Institute of British Architects. Le Corbusier built the Cabanon in 1952 for his holidays at Cap-Martin on the Cote D’Azure, retreating there every summer for more than ten years.
